As such, we provide this privacy policy (‘Privacy Policy’) explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by this platform.
‘Users’ are persons that use the Services. And "Services" refer to publications, research & analytics, surveys, databases, statements, press releases and other digital documents and materials viewed, read and/or downloaded from this platform or other mediums as well as transactions such as but not limited to: member payments, user technical/operational requests, marketing & advertising, order taking & fulfillment, carried out either through this website or other interactions with the organization in pursuit of the programs and projects of JRI in line with its corporate purpose as outlined in the JRI Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
By using the platform and submitting personal information through the platform, the user expressly consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of the user’s personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We receive only information that you directly provide to us. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to all of this as the ‘Information’.

We collect information about you when you pay your membership dues, or make any donations or contributions to JRI. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys, provide feedback and participate in any of our programs or projects. This may include service providers that: conduct research and analytics; provide members, technical or operational support; conduct or support marketing (such as email or advertising platforms); fulfill orders and user requests; Host our services and maintain databases; investigate, prevent, or take action (in our sole discretion) regarding potentially illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to any person, us, or the services, or violations of our policies, or the law; and otherwise support our services.
- In response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena, a law enforcement or government agency’s request or similar request.
